CliftonStrengths or formerly known as Strengthsquest is a test that assists students in coming one step closer to self-identification and success. Through a series of questions, This test helps students like me gain more of a familiarity with ourselves by helping us figure out what our attribute themes are and how we can turn our attribute themes into strengths for success through a better understanding of the world and it’s inhibitors. For me, My top five themes included a learner, someone who studies the world and its traits through constant observation, centration, and constant growth (Someone who is thrilled or energized by the journey from ignorance to competence no matter what it may be); an Achiever, someone who is constantly chasing achievements in any shape or form; Analytical, someone who is continually inquisitive, logical and scientific; Disciplined, someone who is constantly needing structure, organization, and planning to help make life simpler for themselves, and Deliberative, someone who has naturally good judgment, and careful decision making.

With Consideration to all the attributes and their meanings, Out of the five strengths that were identified in the report, The one strength that I want to shine the brightest to others out of all five themes is the learner attribute. To me, The learner attribute is something that describes who I am as a person. I am learning, growing, and observing everything around me. Being a learner, I always work hard for the idea that I will be able to learn something new each day through everything. I strive (work) through observing and engaging with the things around me, having a curious mind (questioning everything), and pushing through challenges with the determination of succeeding ( or achieving something). Through constant learning and growth, I can put my best foot forward and be the best person I can be.
